the hotel is a calm vibe and it actually lives up to it. the staff is the kindest of all they gave the early check in Miss Suhana and Mr Hakim were the kindest to accommodate all the guests the breakfast was the best with outdoor dining with the palm vies

The service was excellent. We had requested for a sea facing room. We got it the next day. Ajit feom the service counter helped us and everything went so smoothly.

Location front of construction was so much noise in the morning . Asked for other side they said not available . They should tell or mention this .

The room design

Useless balcony, impossible to enjoy in private. Construction, ongoing in front of the building, noisy, should have mentioned it when we booked. Water in the shower needs 10 min to tun before getting warm water. The water does not reach hot temperatures!!! The ladies in the reception are not professional: spend more time joking and chatting between them instead of working, we asked a service 3 times to finally get it!!!!! Some ladies seem too friendly with customers, especially during breakfast, often we waited a few minutes till they sowed up at the restaurant reception! ... then food at the restaurant is just average! Cleanliness relatively satisfactory! Restaurant: Some waiters truly not trained: many time I had to go myself to the counter to ask again after we already ordered via a waiter, we waited very very long without anyone following up! The wine: bad, truly bad, and no one seem to know how to serve it properly. Same for the cocktails!!!! Getting black olives for a martini!!!! That was the first in my life!

I would like to especially commend AJIIT, who was an outstanding member of the team professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. His support truly made a difference and elevated my overall experience. I was particularly grateful for the early check-in arrangement and the complimentary room upgrade, which greatly enhanced my stay. This vacation was very important and meaningful to me on a personal level, and the exceptional service and hospitality I received made it truly memorable. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and warmth shown by the entire team.

The hotel has an excellent beachfront location with beautiful sea views and easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast spread was good with fresh options, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and relaxing.

Breakfast was fine, standard buffet at a good hotel. Rooms were attractive, price was great. Rooftop bar is lovely

Location, it is far from most anything, crowded as the lobby and public areas are quite small.

The private beach was nice.

We were there on December 31st but didn’t take part in the Gala Dinner because we have a baby. Guest who didn’t take part in it could only ask for room service. We couldn’t access any other area because of the party and restrictions. No restaurant was available. We had the all-inclusive formula and we thought this was not fair.

Housekeeping service was very clean and organized, fast service in general, good price, nice view, rooftop lounge is amazing, and friendly staff.

The loud music by the beach, some of the days I couldn’t relax in my room due to the noise.

The property has amazing views and the staff there were extremely helpful and kind. They took care of all my needs and offered me a free room upgrade plus late check out since it was my first time in Dubai. I will definitely come back.

I loved being on the Palm and having the beach and pool right close with us - the food was also lovely everyday.

Hotel looked nicer in photos and was quite small in real life, especially the entrance/lobby area and outdoor space.We paid for a superier room, but it was pretty small, I hate to think what a standard room size looks like.

The all inclusive package didn’t include everything like is everywhere. It was included breakfast lunch dinner and the mojito bar.

I like everything. Food is exceptional and service is great.

The location - this hotel is perfect, if you don't want to explore the town. In this case, book All inclusive, because everything is extra and very expensive. Two construction sites next to the hotel, so a lot of noice except for Sundays.

The rooms are too small and furniture is old , and i can hear the out side voices, the staff in swimming pool area weren’t supportive even though they saw we are a family
